I cannot even tell you the difference in my house, and the difference I’m going to experience for heating and cooling having doors that actually close all the way, but now doors with this much our R-value. It is amazing. It’s only been a few days, and not that many of them really cold, but the difference in the temp of my living room floor is insane! Keep this feedback in your bag of tricks, the next time somebody asks you is it worth spending more money on a better insulated door, tell them undoubtedly!

I personally own a home in the Brookfield, CT historic district....so when presented with some challenges by the historic commission, Lou at Overhead Door went out of his way to help me meet those challenges. He met personally with my husband and I on several occasions over a period of a couple years and also met with board members visited him to also arrive at a solution to our issue. It resulted in our purchasing from Lou and his team met and exceeded our expectations as far as service and quality! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking into this product in the future!

A+ rating!  Overhead Door Company of Brookfield replaced garage door springs and replaced weather stripping on bottom of my garage door (double size door).  Would definitely hire again.

They installed two new Overhead Door brand garage doors along with new lifters and controls.  They have a showroom in Brookfield where they could show us the different types of doors and the options available to us.  Their salesman came to our home and measured everything.  As it turned out, the construction of our home did not allow the standard space for installation of the lifter motors.  They offered to modify the rails to make them fit.  Their price was very competitive.  Installation was done about ten days after we made the commitment.  Their installer showed up right on time, worked all day, and made a neat, clean installation.  By the time he finished that day, everything worked as promised.  Overall, we are very pleased with the doors and their installation.  Mark and his people were helpful, cooperative, and easy to work with.  We would recommend Overhead Door Company of Brookfield to anyone in the market for new overhead doors.

They installed 2 new garage doors.  It went extremely well the installer new exactly what to do. He was well trained and very courteous.  They are a great company to work with. Would recommend them to anyone.

My garage door opener was working erratically.  The repairman came on time, checked the functioning, said I didn't need a new opener, but that the belt was loose.  Repaired the belt that was there; said they needed to order a new one that would come in a short while.  Came back in a week, replaced the belt. The system worked well.  They were competent, reliable and pleasant!

I called one day and they were able to schedule the job for the following day. The technician, Mickey, showed up as scheduled and was courteous and professional. In addition to replacing the cables he made extra adjustments to the door without me asking. The door has never worked better!
